The beauty about working with a real person is that everything can be modified! So no, you don't need anything specific to start working out. Though having equipment is always great and should you need anything specific it would be talked about during the consultation.

The best thing to do is to book a consultation time. The consultation is a great way to just connect and talk face to face about your goals, abilities, and concerns. This allows you to know what virtual training will look like for you and to ask any questions you may have about the whole process.
